Project Team Coordinator

About the role

Action Against Hunger is seeking a Project Team Coordinator to lead the ECHO‑funded integrated WASH, Health and Nutrition programme in Mantapala. The role provides strategic direction, ensures high‑quality implementation and strengthens coordination with government, UN agencies and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for integrated WASH‑Health‑Nutrition interventions, aligning with ECHO priorities and national policies.
• Lead planning, execution, budgeting and procurement, ensuring compliance with ACF and donor standards.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams, conduct performance management and promote safeguarding compliance.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Health, UN agencies and local partners, representing ACF in coordination platforms and strengthening community engagement.
• Oversee a robust MEAL system, ensuring data quality, analysis, reporting and learning for adaptive programming.
• Ensure technical quality and integration of IPC, water systems, sanitation and hygiene promotion.
• Manage financial reporting, forecasting and grant compliance in partnership with finance and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale humanitarian projects that integrate WASH, health and nutrition components.
• Strong knowledge of ECHO guidelines, gender, protection, safeguarding and accountability standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration with government and UN partners.
• Excellent analytical skills for monitoring, evaluation and learning processes.
