Sales Representative – Portable Power Solutions

About the role

Ecoflow is seeking a results‑driven Sales Representative to expand its portable power station business across Zambia. The role focuses on building and managing a robust retail and distribution network, driving both sell‑in and sell‑through performance, and increasing market penetration for Ecoflow’s energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Ecoflow’s retail and distribution channels within assigned territories.
• Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage product visibility, merchandising, and stock turnover in partner stores.
• Maintain strong relationships with chain stores, distributors, independent retailers, and specialty outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.
• Train retail staff and channel partners on product features and value propositions.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends, pricing, and customer demand.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and in‑store activations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on sales experience in the solar energy, mobile phone/ICT, or consumer electronics sector.
• Strong understanding of the Zambian retail and distribution market.
• Proven track record in managing retail channels and dealer networks.
• Existing relationships with key retail stakeholders such as chain stores, specialty electronics outlets, and solar energy distributors.
