Sales Representative – Solar & Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to grow the Ecoflow portable power station business across key Zambian markets. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the solar energy or 3C electronics sectors and a strong network within retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end sell‑in and sell‑through strategies for retail partners.
• Achieve monthly distribution targets and optimise stock turnover across the partner network.
• Maintain and expand relationships with major retail chains and specialty outlets.
• Prepare and manage sales reports and channel data remotely using a personal computer.
• Conduct regular visits to partner stores across Lusaka, Solwezi and Livingstone using a private vehicle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in the solar energy, mobile phone or consumer electronics sector, preferably in Zimbabwe.
• In‑depth knowledge of the local market landscape.
• Proven track record in channel management and retail distribution.
• Existing relationships with key Kenyan retail players such as Radian, Choppies, Shoprite, Builders, Micmar and independent solar or 3C retailers.
• Own a personal computer and have access to a private vehicle for field work.
