Team Building Lead Facilitator & Systems Coordinator

About the role

KUZIPA Camp Site is looking for a proactive and passionate professional to lead group facilitation programs and coordinate retreat activities on‑site. The role blends team‑building facilitation with operational oversight to ensure every camp and retreat delivers a safe, engaging, and transformational experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver team‑building modules for corporate teams, churches, schools, youth groups and community organisations, covering leadership, communication, conflict resolution, trust building and personal growth.
• Coordinate major events such as character development camps, marriage retreats, youth camps, men’s retreats, boot camps and corporate retreats, working closely with administration, catering, logistics, guest services and safety teams.
• Lead, mentor and schedule a team of facilitators, interns and volunteers to maintain consistent quality across all programmes.
• Consolidate session evaluations, attendance records, planning documents and facilitator performance notes; maintain activity schedules, equipment inventories and implementation checklists.
• Strengthen organisational systems to ensure reliable, accountable programme delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Social Sciences, Community Development, Organizational Development or a related field (advantageous).
• Demonstrated experience in training, facilitation or group leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑management abilities.
• Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills.
• Comfortable leading both outdoor and indoor activities and willing to reside on‑site.
