Wealth Consultant – Financial Advisory

About the role

The Wealth Consultant role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lusaka Province, Zambia. You will work directly with clients to understand their financial objectives and deliver tailored advice across savings, investments, retirement planning and protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing clients to assess their financial goals.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and present Prudential product solutions.
• Assist clients with policy applications, servicing, and ongoing portfolio reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while collaborating with colleagues to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and Prudential’s product portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning and retirement planning.
• Solid understanding of finance and investments to explain product features, risks and returns.
• Consulting abilities to build trust and provide client‑centric advice.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in financial services, insurance, banking or wealth management with a sales or advisory track record.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and a commitment to ethical and compliant practice.
