About the role
Join Lion General Insurance Zambia as the Branch Manager for our Lusaka office. You will be responsible for driving the branch’s growth, leading a team of insurance professionals, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Lusaka branch.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Recruit, coach, and evaluate branch staff to maintain high performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and expand the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.
- At least 2 years of management experience within insurance.
- Degree or Diploma in Insurance or a related field; CII or COP certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and client relationship abilities.
