Cash Consultant

About the role

The Cash Consultant is responsible for handling all cash‑related interactions with customers, including walk‑in transactions and ATM assistance. You will assess customer needs quickly and deliver service that meets the bank’s standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers with cash deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries.
• Operate and troubleshoot ATMs and other cash‑handling equipment.
• Evaluate each transaction request to ensure compliance with banking policies.
• Maintain accurate records of cash movements and report any discrepancies.
• Provide a consistent, high‑quality client experience in line with established procedures.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
• Internship, attachment, retail, sales or cash‑handling experience is an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude and a customer‑service orientation.
• Basic understanding of banking, compliance and operational risk principles.
