Direct Sales Agent – Customer Acquisition & Loan Sales

About the role

We are seeking ambitious, self‑driven individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents for a leading bank. In this role you will acquire new clients, promote financial products and deliver high‑quality customer service while building a career in banking and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new customers to open bank accounts.
• Market and sell personal and business loan products to eligible clients.
• Handle client documentation, ensure KYC compliance and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales, Finance, Business Administration, Accounts or a related field.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
