About the role

The Graduate Trainee will undergo a structured development program that provides hands‑on training, mentorship and exposure to the business operations of FQM Trident Limited. This entry‑level position is designed to build the knowledge, skills and experience needed to succeed as a mining engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured on‑the‑job training programs across different departments.
• Support departmental projects, operations and daily activities.
• Conduct research, data analysis and reporting to aid decision‑making.
• Collaborate with senior staff and cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and company policies.
• Engage in continuous learning through mentorship and training sessions.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks, findings and progress reports.
