About the role
Shona Zambia is expanding its investment team and seeks two Investment Analysts to support SME financing. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring loan opportunities that drive growth and job creation.
Key responsibilities
- Source and develop new lending opportunities for small and medium enterprises.
- Conduct financial, business, and due‑diligence assessments for both new and existing clients.
- Prepare credit recommendations for presentation to the Investment Committee.
- Monitor portfolio performance and track key business indicators.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lending, banking, or SME financial services.
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities.
- Proven business development and client relationship management experience.
