Key Accounts Manager (Sales) – Lusaka

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager (Sales) in Lusaka will nurture customer relationships, identify needs, and deliver proactive leasing solutions. You will provide regular fleet reports, propose improvements, and ensure customers maximise the benefits of our leasing services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and contribute to annual sales and operational strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and develop innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Provide input for budgeting, forecasting, and monitor customer growth and terminations.
• Assist Credit Control with overdue payments and renegotiate pricing before rate expiry.
• Generate leads, cold‑call prospects, and maintain strong customer liaison.
• Monitor client satisfaction, conduct business reviews, and achieve CSI targets.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer reports and sales pipeline updates.
• Manage fleet usage, oversee documentation for new facilities, and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Resolve Pulse customer queries and create quotations for all products.

Required profile

• NQF Level 5 Qualification in Business Administration or Fleet Management (Level 6 advantageous).
• Valid driver’s licence and passport.
• Experience in key account management, sales forecasting, and budget preparation.
• Strong analytical skills for competitor analysis and contribution assessments.
