Mechanical Fitter – Remote

About the role

THIERMAR COMPANY SARL is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join its industrial services team on a full‑time remote basis. You will be responsible for assembling, installing, and aligning mechanical components and machinery while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings, manuals and engineering specifications to carry out fitting tasks.
• Assemble, install, align and adjust mechanical parts and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs and make necessary modifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Document all maintenance actions and report progress to supervisors and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar mechanical technician role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a technical team.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Vocational or technical qualification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
