National Sales Manager – Zambia

About the role

Flora Food Group is looking for a commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead sales execution across Zambia. The role focuses on accelerating growth in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels, strengthening distributor partnerships and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the national sales strategy to meet revenue and market share targets.
• Manage relationships with distributors and key customers across General Trade and Modern Trade.
• Coach, mentor and develop field sales teams to achieve high performance.
• Identify sales performance gaps and create structured action plans to close them.
• Monitor sales investments, budgets and return on investment.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of FMCG sales leadership experience.
• Proven experience in both Modern Trade and General Trade environments.
• Track record of consistently delivering ambitious sales targets.
• Strong execution at point of sale and customer engagement.
