• Lead and manage the local sales team, ensuring achievement of sales performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma, preferably in marketing or machinery.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Established relationships with government departments and top customers in the construction machinery sector.
• Proven experience in client development and sales management.
