Sales & Marketing Officer (Ndola)

About the role

Asharami Energy is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Officer to drive product promotion, expand the customer base, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in Ndola. The role combines sales targets with marketing activities and close coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales volume targets based on the budget.
• Provide daily market intelligence on competitor pricing and product availability.
• Identify and develop potential customers, maintaining a timeline for conversion.
• Maintain and update customer contact details and databases, ensuring credit limits and contracts are in place.
• Coordinate with Operations, Trade, and Finance to process offers, invoices, receipts, and reconciliation documents.
• Maintain orderly documentation and filing for all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Hard‑working, good attitude, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with an international outlook.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
