Part-Time Business Faculty (Various Disciplines)

About the role

Unicaf University Zambia is seeking experienced academics to join its Business faculty on a part‑time basis. The role involves delivering both face‑to‑face tutorials and online sessions across several business disciplines, supporting student success through the university’s Virtual Learning Environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging face‑to‑face tutorials and online teaching sessions.
• Facilitate learning through the university’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
• Maintain regular communication with students via email and the VLE.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive academic feedback.
• Assess and grade assignments in line with university policies and quality standards.
• Support students throughout their learning journey to promote academic success.
• Undertake relevant academic and administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master’s degree or higher).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• ZAQA‑certified academic qualifications (scanned certificate required).
• Proven experience teaching at a higher education institution.
• Strong commitment to student‑centered teaching and academic excellence.
• Experience in online teaching and learning is an advantage.
