About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Activation Specialist to drive partner acquisition in Ndola. You will manage the end‑to‑end sales process, build professional relationships with new partners, and contribute to our growth culture of "go tech" and "grow together".

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new partners, primarily in the restaurant sector.
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate partnership terms and agreements.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and activity records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly targets for new partner acquisitions.

Required profile

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
