Sales Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Customer Service Specialist to manage client information, provide technical support, and ensure high‑quality service delivery. The role bridges sales and customer service functions, leveraging CRM tools and data analysis to improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all client information and follow‑up work via the CRM system.
• Provide professional technical support, resolve system and business issues promptly, and maintain accurate customer data.
• Compile daily and weekly reports, analyze business performance data and customer feedback for internal use.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and customer service colleagues to continuously optimise the customer service experience.
• Perform regular inventory checks and daily stock management.
• Deliver one‑on‑one training to customers on system operation and standard usage processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields.
• Practical experience operating CRM systems; background in manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
• Strong data‑analysis capability with high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
