Secondary French & English Teacher

About the role

The Rhodes Park Schools Group is seeking a qualified Teacher of French and English for the secondary section. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction, fostering holistic development, and contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a class in French and English at secondary level.
• Plan, deliver, and differentiate lessons that are challenging and rigorous.
• Develop inquiry‑based classrooms that promote critical thinking, trust, respect, and fairness.
• Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and adjust instruction as needed.
• Enforce conduct and discipline regulations.
• Collaborate with the Head Teacher and colleagues to ensure effective teaching and learning.
• Utilise digital tools and relevant resources to enhance learning.
• Participate in professional development activities such as seminars, conferences, and CPDs.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with appropriate certification to teach French and English at secondary level.
• Motivated, results‑driven, and committed to student development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff.
