Senior Financial Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Resources Manager to lead the Financial Resource Management (FRM) function within Treasury. The role will shape balance‑sheet strategy, optimise liquidity, capital and funding, and drive sustainable earnings for the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operationalise FRM frameworks to maximise utilisation of liquidity, capital, funding and balance‑sheet capacity.
• Provide analytics and insights on balance‑sheet structure, risk‑weighted assets, liquidity ratios, earnings quality and overall financial resource consumption.
• Support Treasury’s asset‑liability management (ALM) with data‑driven recommendations on pricing, funding strategies and balance‑sheet optimisation.
• Collaborate with business segments and Group Treasury to monitor compliance with FRM mandates and issue early‑warning signals.
• Manage high‑risk or complex FRM issues and contribute to policy, framework and control enhancements.
• Maintain the FRM secretariat for Treasury committees, ensuring quality reporting, governance adherence and timely follow‑up.
• Oversee the FRM budget, monitor expenditures and ensure cost efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Risk, Treasury and business units to foster integrated decision‑making.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Treasury, finance or related fields, preferably at senior level.
• Proven ability to engage with senior management and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of balance‑sheet dynamics, liquidity management and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
