Core Technician – Printers

About the role

Divine Connections Recruitment Services is seeking a Core Technician specialized in printers to join a client’s technical team in Lusaka. The role involves installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of printing and office equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on printers, copiers and related hardware.
• Diagnose complex technical faults, replace defective parts and repair a wide range of printer models.
• Deliver, install, configure and test new printing equipment at client sites.
• Provide technical guidance and basic troubleshooting support to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of spare‑part usage, maintenance logs and service reports.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience repairing, servicing and maintaining various printer brands and office machines.
• Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical components of printing hardware.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Based in Lusaka and available to start immediately.
