About the role

Rhodes Park Schools Group Limited is seeking qualified professionals to join its team across several key areas. The school network is hiring a Temporal Human Resources Assistant, two Chemistry & Physics teachers, a Swimming Coach, and a French teacher to support its academic and extracurricular programmes.

Key responsibilities

• HR Assistant: support recruitment, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with Zambian labour legislation, and assist with payroll and HR reporting.
• Chemistry & Physics Teachers: deliver curriculum up to A‑Level, prepare lesson plans, assess student performance, and contribute to departmental activities.
• Swimming Coach: plan and conduct swimming lessons, oversee water safety, provide lifeguard supervision, and organise competitive events.
• French Teacher: teach French and English language courses, prepare students for ECZ and Cambridge examinations, and manage classroom administration.

Required profile

• HR Assistant: Grade 12, degree in HR or related field, ZIHRM practising certificate, minimum one year HR generalist experience.
• Chemistry & Physics Teachers: Grade 12 with 5 credits, Bachelor’s in Education (Chemistry/Physics), teaching registration with TCZ, at least three years teaching experience.
• Swimming Coach: Grade 12, diploma in Physical Education (swimming focus), swimming coaching/lifeguard certifications (ASCA/FINA or equivalent), basic first‑aid training.
• French Teacher: Grade 12, diploma in French/English teaching, TCZ registration, minimum two years teaching experience.

Required skills

• HR knowledge of Zambian labour law.
• Curriculum development for secondary and A‑Level subjects.
• Water‑safety and lifeguarding certifications (ASCA/FINA).
• First‑aid competency.
