Project Team Coordinator – Integrated WASH, Health & Nutrition

About the role

Action Against Hunger USA is seeking a Project Team Coordinator to lead the ECHO‑funded integrated WASH, Health and Nutrition programme in Mantapala. The role provides strategic direction, ensures high‑quality implementation and strengthens coordination with government, UN agencies and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for integrated WASH‑Health‑Nutrition interventions, aligning with ECHO priorities and national policies.
• Lead planning, execution, work‑plan and budget management, ensuring compliance with donor and ACF standards.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams, conduct performance management and promote safeguarding compliance.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Health, UN agencies and local partners, representing ACF in coordination platforms.
• Oversee a robust MEAL system, ensuring data quality, analysis, reporting and learning.
• Ensure technical quality and integration of water, sanitation, hygiene, IPC and nutrition activities.
• Manage financial and grant aspects, including budgeting, forecasting and coordination with finance and logistics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑sector humanitarian projects, preferably in WASH, health or nutrition.
• Strong knowledge of donor compliance (ECHO) and ACF standards.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with government, UN agencies and community partners.
• Ability to adapt programmes based on monitoring data and learning.
