Project Team Coordinator – Integrated WASH, Health & Nutrition

About the role

The Project Team Coordinator will lead the ECHO‑funded integrated WASH, Health and Nutrition project in Mantapala. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures high‑quality, timely and compliant implementation while strengthening coordination with government, UN agencies and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for integrated WASH‑Health‑Nutrition interventions, aligning with ECHO priorities and national policies.
• Lead planning, execution, budgeting, procurement and compliance with ACF and donor standards.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams, conduct performance management and ensure safeguarding compliance.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Health, UN agencies and partners; represent ACF in coordination platforms and strengthen community engagement.
• Oversee a robust MEAL system, ensuring data quality, analysis, reporting and learning for adaptive programming.
• Ensure technical quality and integration of water systems, sanitation, hygiene promotion, IPC and healthcare waste management.
• Manage project finances, forecast budgets and coordinate with finance and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale humanitarian projects in WASH, health or nutrition.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills with a focus on accountability and safeguarding.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, especially with government and UN partners.
• Demonstrated ability to implement MEAL frameworks and use data for program adaptation.
