Sales Specialist – FMCG (Entry-Level) – Nationwide Zambia

About the role

We are looking for energetic, motivated fresh graduates to join our sales team as Sales Specialists. The role focuses on fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales across multiple locations in Zambia, offering extensive field exposure, structured training, and clear pathways for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets, wholesalers and distributors daily according to route plans.
• Promote and sell company products, ensuring product availability and visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business partners.
• Achieve monthly sales volume, distribution and coverage targets.
• Execute merchandising standards, including shelf placement and promotional activities.
• Collect customer orders, process them promptly and monitor competitor activities.
• Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities and territory performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (recent graduates strongly encouraged).
• Less than 2 years of work experience; no prior sales experience required.
• Internship, attachment or part‑time experience in sales, marketing, customer service or FMCG is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
