Regional Business Line Manager – Parts & Services (East & Central Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Business Line Manager to lead the Parts and Services Division across East and Central Africa. Reporting to regional leadership, you will translate the ECA strategy into profitable growth, ensure reliable service delivery and build lasting customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑specific growth plans for parts, rebuilds, service agreements and productivity solutions.
• Lead business planning by channel and region, balancing opportunities with operational capacity.
• Expand direct and indirect market coverage across mining, contractor and emerging sectors.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key customers, mining houses and partners, promoting Epiroc’s value proposition.
• Support sales teams in tenders, contract negotiations, campaign planning and accurate forecasting.
• Oversee safe, efficient and reliable service delivery, including field services, workshops, rebuilds and technical support.
• Manage corrective and preventive maintenance contracts with focus on safety, reliability and quality.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a commercial or service‑oriented role within the mining or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of parts and services business models and market dynamics in Africa.
• Excellent customer focus, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to safety, integrity, compliance and continuous improvement.
