About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven professional to join our team as a Central & North CRM Sales Specialist. In this role you will drive sales growth across the Central and Northern regions, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the effective execution of our sales and promotional strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly to secure orders and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct retail outlet visits to address terminal requirements and resolve after‑sales issues.
- Carry out market visits to gather competitor information and monitor market trends.
- Implement and monitor company promotional activities to ensure effective execution.
- Perform vehicle‑based sales activities to develop and expand terminal/end‑customer networks.
- Collect payments and reconcile customer accounts accurately and timely.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
- Prepare regular sales and market feedback reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales and the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Passion for sales with strong execution and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across the Central and Northern regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
