The Greater Kaza Conservation Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic plans for conservation activities in Livingstone, Zambia. This senior position oversees multiple projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s environmental objectives and adapt to external challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for conservation functions and business processes.
• Own and manage several projects, programs, or initiatives simultaneously.

• Identify external threats and opportunities, adjusting strategies to changing conditions.
• Influence strategy roll‑out across managers, associates, and peers.
• Supervise managers and associate‑level staff, providing guidance and development.
• Oversee operational activities of a multidisciplinary team.
