Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International seeks a seasoned specialist to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The expert will drive market development, innovation, and investment readiness across African and European space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses and feasibility studies for space and geospatial sectors.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Support commercialisation pathways and prepare organisations for investment.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and policy dialogue between African and EU stakeholders.
• Identify and engage private‑sector partners and financing opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets.
• Strong command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
• Familiarity with African space markets and investment ecosystems is advantageous.
