Analyst – Financial Management (Cluster)

About the role

The Analyst – Financial Management (Cluster) will support worldvision’s mission by overseeing financial performance across multiple projects in the cluster. You will monitor budgets, produce reports for internal and donor use, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor burn rates, identify spending trends, and flag risks to the Senior Analyst.
• Produce detailed project financial reports and consolidate them into cluster‑level summaries.
• Prepare and present Field Financial Reports (FFRs) for stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead budget preparation, upload approved budgets into Horizon and IMPAQ, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Process invoices in Provision, support mobile‑money disbursements, and update the asset register.
• Conduct field visits to build capacity, resolve operational issues, and verify cash deposits.
• Implement cost allocation for shared services and manage the cluster asset register.

Required profile

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis within a multi‑project environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and audit standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Horizon budgeting system.
• Experience using IMPAQ financial management software.
• Ability to process invoices and manage data in Provision.
• Knowledge of mobile‑money platforms for disbursements.
