Chief Marketing Officer (Remote)

About the role

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead Global Crunch Enterprise’s marketing function, shaping brand positioning and driving demand across both digital and traditional channels. This full‑time remote role reports to the executive leadership team and works closely with sales and product groups to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated, data‑driven marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning, campaign planning, and performance measurement across all channels.
• Direct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight initiatives to inform tactics.
• Manage the marketing budget, set KPIs, and report results to senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing, distributed marketing team.
• Coordinate with sales to align pipeline goals and go‑to‑market plans.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, media partners and public‑relations stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies in growth‑oriented companies.
• Strong background in market research, competitive analysis and data interpretation.
• Demonstrated success in public‑relations, reputation management and media engagement.
• Track record of partnering with sales functions to achieve revenue targets.
• Leadership experience managing remote or distributed marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and CRM/marketing automation systems.
