Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

About the role

Constant Cooling Refrigeration Limited is looking for a full‑time Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician to join its on‑site team in Lumwana. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems across residential, commercial and industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install new HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, providing timely repairs to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with EPA regulations and company safety standards.
• Deliver high‑quality service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for HVAC systems.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of air‑conditioning and refrigeration units.
• Knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, EPA or related technical fields (highly desirable).
• Proven experience with commercial and industrial cooling systems is an advantage.
