HR Manager

About the role

Talent House Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human‑resources function. The role focuses on recruitment, policy development, employee relations and workforce planning to ensure the organisation has the right talent and a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Support managers with employee relations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Drive staff engagement, retention and culture‑building initiatives.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave management and general HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws and internal company policies.
• Support organisational growth through strategic workforce planning.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR management role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Member of ZIHRM with a practising licence.
