MRV Field Coordinator – Copperbelt

About the role

BURN is seeking an MRV (Monitoring, Reporting and Verification) Field Coordinator to lead data‑collection activities in the Copperbelt region. You will organise surveys, manage field teams and ensure high‑quality data flows that support commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Set up surveys on data‑collection platforms such as Kobo and Enketo.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to field enumerators and coordinators.
• Recruit, train, and supervise multiple field teams across locations.
• Own end‑to‑end data flows, performing quality control and assurance.
• Coordinate with internal functions to produce timely reports and dashboards for commercial teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience leading and managing field teams in data‑collection or sales environments.
• Strong field monitoring and evaluation skills with a focus on meeting quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Kobo and Enketo survey platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for basic data analysis.
• Experience with mobile data‑collection apps.
• Knowledge of process audit techniques.
