Recruitment Intern

About the role

Join Talent House Ltd as a Recruitment Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting the talent acquisition team. You will assist throughout the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, providing a solid foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and post job advertisements on multiple recruitment platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings when required.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and assessments.
• Prepare interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Assist with reference checks and background verification.
• Respond professionally to candidate inquiries via phone and email.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the recruitment team.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
