About the role
Join TFG Africa as a Sales Associate at the Exact store in Kafubu Mall, Ndola. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales of a diverse product range.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding customer service.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on décor and fashion trends to effectively sell products.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passionate about people, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and pay high attention to detail.
- Demonstrates behaviours such as adhering to standards, continual improvement, effective decision making, and meeting customer expectations.
