Senior Human Resource Manager

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and drive people‑centered initiatives that support the company’s growth. The role reports to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping culture, talent strategy and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission and business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation and compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to HR teams across the business.
• Partner with executive leadership on culture, diversity and inclusion programmes.
• Lead organisational change management, workforce planning and HR analytics.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies and ethical standards.
• Optimise HR technology and drive data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 15+ years of HR management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, organisational development and culture transformation.
• Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and international HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
