Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager for Zambia will lead Epiroc’s operations, driving profitable and sustainable growth across all divisions. Reporting on market potential, the role ensures customer centricity, safety, and long‑term value creation while positioning Epiroc as a technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver growth above market levels and increase market and customer share.
• Strengthen aftermarket development and improve profitability through price discipline and cost efficiency.
• Lead the Customer Center with a focus on safety, sustainability and customer satisfaction.
• Build a high‑performing, agile and diverse organization.
• Oversee multi‑site operations, including sales, service, supply chain, finance and HR.
• Drive innovation, technology adoption and business transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field (MBA/Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership or general management experience in industrial, mining, equipment or services environments.
• Proven P&L ownership and experience driving profitable growth.
• Strong understanding of SHEQ leadership and compliance in high‑risk settings.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, multi‑site teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
