Customer Service Specialist – Waste Sales Support

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will support waste sales operations in Lusaka, acting as the primary liaison between customers and the local factory. Based on‑site, you will ensure smooth order processing, timely payments, and strong post‑sale relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the sales of waste in the Lusaka region and at the local factory, entering sales orders accurately.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and address after‑sales issues promptly to secure timely and complete orders.
• Enter customer payments, guaranteeing timely and accurate collection.
• Provide daily administrative support to the sales team.
• Offer on‑site assistance for placing factory waste orders while stationed at the factory area.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a sales assistant or in a similar customer‑service role.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and proactive.
• Proficient in basic computer operations.
