About the role
Maxlin Enterprise Limited, a leading Zambian provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions, is looking for an Operations & Contracts Manager to drive operational excellence across all sites. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, quality service delivery, and timely contract payments while supporting site managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all contracts to guarantee compliance, quality service delivery, and timely payments.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and provide leadership to Site Managers for efficient service execution.
- Ensure full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations.
- Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement, prompt responses, and professional follow‑ups.
- Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare accurate operational reports and maintain proper documentation for decision‑making.
Required profile
- Grade 12 Certificate including Mathematics and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a service‑oriented industry.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Analytical mindset with high integrity and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
