About the role
The Fix is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Manda Hill location in Zambia. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing expenses, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑moving fashion retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to meet sales targets and control expenses.
- Manage stock losses and keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Recruit, develop, and manage store staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver the customer service strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
- Proven ability to build customer loyalty and drive sales conversations.
- Strong planning, organizing, and strategic sales planning capabilities.
Required skills
- Customer‑focused approach and effective communication.
- Negotiation, selling, and resistance management.
- Leadership behaviours such as action orientation, network building, and accountability.
