Manager – Online Distribution and International Sales

About the role

The Manager – Online Distribution and International Sales will lead the development and execution of digital channel strategies to grow sales of Prudential’s investment products. The role focuses on expanding the company’s reach to online investors and the Zambian diaspora, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement online distribution strategies to increase market penetration and sales growth.
• Drive the diaspora sales programme targeting Zambians living abroad.
• Plan and launch digital marketing campaigns to promote investment products.
• Manage relationships with online investors and oversee the digital distribution platform.
• Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition costs and other key metrics to optimise channel efficiency.
• Ensure all online activities comply with regulatory and risk‑management policies.
• Prepare and deliver required performance and compliance reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or related field; investment advisory or stockbroker certification is a plus.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a managerial role within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Digital marketing expertise, including social media marketing.
• Ability to analyse sales data, customer behaviour and market trends.
